Cardio Challenge

This is a run I used to do a few years back when I was in probably the best shape of my life. I've just recently started to do it again and the first two times were extremely hard but its gotten easier ever since! 

20 minute run:
Start running at 6 mph for 1 minute
then increase to 7 mph for 1 minute
then 8 mph for 1 minute
then 9 mph for 1 minute

Repeat this until you've finished the 20 minutes and done each speed 5 times. 
This will definitely make you feel less guilty for eating all those yummy carbs and chocolates this Easter weekend!
