London with Patti

Since Thursday, Patti and I have been in London. We actually just got home today a few hours ago, which I have to say I'm quite sad about.
This is how Patti and I felt today because we drank our first Starbucks coffee after Italian coffee for the past month.
Patti was in London 20 years ago so wasn't as interested in the main sites such as Big Ben so I did similar things with her as I did with Amanda. We visted Diwan again the first night to get some falafel wraps. The next day we spent most of the day in Camden going to the Camden market, the Camden Lock market and the Stables market. Patti and I personally enjoyed the Camden Lock market the most because it has all the artists that make their own things, our favourite was the jewellery. I bought a couple rings again. After spending a long time at the markets we headed off to Harrods. Usually I just go to the food area but mom wanted to see the whole store so we walked around looking at all the home decor.
Later that night we bought cheap tickets to the play Jeeves and Wooster, which was pretty funny and a good end to the day of walking everywhere.

The next day KK took us to Shoreditch market but it was fashion week for the students so we didn't get to see most of the market, which was sad because I didn't go with Amanda either. I'm sure KK was happy because we had already dragged him around the first half of the market all day. We popped by oxford street after but we decided to come back the next day without KK so it would be more girly shopping.
We then stopped by Tate Modern for a visit.

Mom's favourite curved street.
This is one of my favourite tea shops Postcard Teas, near Bond Street Station, it has a bunch of teas from different parts of the world from little farmers.

Our last day I told mom that she needed to see some more of the museums (even though it isn't her favourite thing to do) because all the museums in London are amazing as well as free! We stopped by the Natural History Museum, which is my favourite museum especially because the building itself it gorgeous. We enjoyed the vault that had all the valuable minerals in it. I really liked seeing the dinosaurs, especially the Albertosaurus and Edmontosaurus since they are from my city! After this we stopped into the V&A quickly, there was a cool Wedding dress exhibit that would have been neat to see but we didn't feel like taking the time to pay for it. We then headed to Covent Garden, which was nice on a sunday because they had a lot of street performers, which were acutally really funny (we did some more shopping of course). The rest of the day we went to Oxford and visited Top Shop and some of the other stores. Our feet were so tired we ran home and crashed for a bit before going to Maleficent. Before Maleficent we had some time so we ate at Wagamama, which was delicious! I had a really good curry rice dish.

That was the end of my trip and now I am back to reality :( !
