Fruit is so good and sweet on its own that it doesn't usually need a dip but if you're looking for a dessert or just some protein to pair with your fruit after a workout this is perfect. Cottage Cheese is packed full of protein and with just half a cup you can get around 13 grams of protein. Although cottage cheese may not sound like something you would put in a sweet fruit dip, it is masked perfectly, tricking anyone you would be serving it to.
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 to 3 tsp maple syrup
Put it all in a bowl and use an immersion blender to make it completely smooth.
